    Good experience, slow moving internally

    Financial Analyst (Current Employee)

ProsThe people are great to work with, everyone is willing to give career or business advice. Very conservative atmosphere keeps the workplace professional. Fast-paced industry provides a lot of different opportunities.

ConsExtremely slow moving with promotions, senior leadership has zero work-life balance but a lot of managers and directors fight for it for their teams. Very behind in technology for employees, investing in the wrong places - extremely externally focused with spending.

Works if you can make it work you

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Englewood, CO (US)

ProsPossibility to telecommute, stable company, good salaries, and there some great, hardworking people there.

ConsYour experience will depend on your direct boss. The company is so large that you can get lost if you aren't proactive. Also, the company doesn't invest much in education or perks unless you are in Sales. It's strictly no-frills--there aren't normal company functions i.e. an annual holiday party if you are into that sort of thing.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry a more progressive approach for company education and employee engagement. Arrow got rid of sabbaticals and tuition reimbursement, which is a shame. It's worth it to invest in loyal employees.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
