    Pros

    Learned a great deal and met a lot of wonderful people.

    Cons

    Constant Senior Management Change and operational changes as well. Centralization, outsourcing, layoffs, etc. always kept you guessing. The airport locations use run down equipment and use mostly minimum wage employees who do not qualify for benefits.

    Outsourcing doesn't always work.

    The pay, management, the micromanagement, the working conditions, and the working environment is VERY HOSTILE!!!

    they reward good work and are deeply committed to work place safety. they are customer driven. they want employees ,who do their best job everyday.

    Cons

    communication can be improved. Better communication between sales and technicians to
    get finished product tested /verified/ and back to the customer.

    Insurance is good but deductible increasing yoy
    Location in the heart of downtown Orlando

    Work load not acceptable in some departments; additional headcount lacking
    Lack of people skills by upper management (Execs, VPs)
    Turnover is high

    Pros

    Gained valuable experiences. Managers very understanding. Good people to work with. It is a growing company with prominent future. Good environment.

    Very hard work, not great pay.
    Sometimes it is hard to gain support between departments. Not a lot of training.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Value all employees equally. Compensation should be similar for similar position, not to vary between subsidiaries. More employee encouragement needed.

    Great benefits and training opportunities.
    Management appreciates and rewards hard work
    Transparent communication

    Cons

    Local senior management seemed to be forced by corporate to "sing the song"
    Division management were all talking heads and would take forever to support hiring needs
    lack of appreciation from corporate when bonus came around, we were always told how much money we made, but someone else was getting the reward.

    If corporate really appreciates the remote sites then they need to show it not just talk it!

    great people, good money, managment is understanding and fair for the most part, company gives great benefits and incentives to their employees.

    Cons

    everyone that is there is pretty much there to stay so unless someone leaves the company or they create new jobs - its hard to move up.

    stay away from the "its not what you know, but who you know" ways - give jobs to people who are qualified!
