Cons – Everyday brings more challenges that can at times appear to be never ending.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to provide channels of communication for associates to share their thoughts, suggestions and grievances and ensure that feedback loops are in place.

Pros – Good compensation, at least at the managerial level if compared with other institutions. Not sure about lower levels. Growing opportunities available.

Cons – If in management, life balance is a challenge. BCM is the only salaried person inside centers. Staffing is a challenge most of the time.

Cons – There are a lot of office politics. You either need to come in to do your job or you won't have a successful career in mortgage processing.

Pros – Great benefits even for part time employees: $5250 in tuition reimbursement per year, healthcare, daycare reimbursement, volunteer pay, vacation and sick pay. Have had a great experience with the mgmt as well!

Cons – Few teller incentives to sell, but they expect you to make dozens of referrals which the personal bankers get bonuses for... Makes no sense!

Advice to Senior Management – How can you expect tellers to be motivated to make great referrals when there is no incentive?
