BCM

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Baltimore, MD (US)

I worked at Bank of America full-time

ProsGood compensation, at least at the managerial level if compared with other institutions. Not sure about lower levels. Growing opportunities available.

ConsIf in management, life balance is a challenge. BCM is the only salaried person inside centers. Staffing is a challenge most of the time.
