    I have been working at Bank of America part-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Very affordable benefits for only working part-time, 20 hours. Full medical for whole family. Dental as well. 401(k). Tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

    Customer service call centers can be challenging day-in and day-out. Many matrices to meet, which are constantly changing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Consider allowing call center reps more off phone time to counter burnout. Perhaps some time responding to customer emails and service requests.

    Lots of opportunity to grow, Promoted within first year. Pay is Competitive. Hours are Great. What you put in is what you'll get out of it.

    Things are always changing and its hard to get comfortable with products and routines because things always are changing and being updated.

    The technology of the programs were used were ahead of our competitors.

    The work-life balance in the mortgage department was unstable. The senior leaders in this department were unstable and provided weak management.
