Pros – have the opportunity to study and exersice a wide range of banking product including personal banking and corporate banking. nice place to study the bank industry.
Cons – salary is not competitive; GOOD working enviroment rely heavily on the colleagues working with you.
Advice to Senior Management – be fair to employee. more incentives

Pros – It is a public bank, so the employee compensation is pretty good. And working hours for my department is pretty nice.
Cons – Not easy to be hired by the company. You need have high educational background and good academic score in order for interview.
Advice to Senior Management – They should communicate more with the employees. communications can not only build up the relations, but also motivate the employees in their work.
