ProsI have found Baxter to have a positive development culture. Ample opportunities were made available, and lower management was extremely knowledgeable and supportive.

ConsMuch of the conversation among employees seems to revolve around griping. Direction from upper management seems scattershot at times.

I have been working at Baxter full-time for more than 5 years

ProsIt's a wonderful company as far as security and business the company is engaged in saving and sustaining lives.

ConsThere is always shortage of resources. Work for 2 or 3 people usually falls on one person. The pay almost never matches to the job entailed as well as it's impossible to get a raise in pay where it will match a promotion received. Usually promotion means more work and same pay.

Advice to Senior ManagementCompensate employees according to promotions. It provides drive, work ethic, and motivation.
