I have been working at CNH Industrial N.V.

    Pros

Opportunities to take on new responsibilities and learn new things. Employees take pride in company history and products coupled with cutting edge technology. Excellent 401k and wellness benefits. Lots of vacation time including winter shut down between Christmas and New Years.

    Cons

A little leanly staffed and hard to get approval for new positions. Corporate organization is hard to figure out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Matrix model is a good one but allow for some regional differences in operations.

I worked at CNH Industrial N.V. as a contractor (more than 3 years)

    Pros

This was an amazing company to work for. The knowledge a person obtains from CNH is huge. Helps in a persons personal growth.

    Cons

I worked through a contract company for about 4 years for CNH but the said they didn't have the funds to hire another supervisor. CNH has made it a practice to hire management from contractors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Every company has something different to offer. When working in management you have so many opportunities to advance with all you learn about the companies, WCM, WO, and many other things.

I worked at CNH Industrial N.V. as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Great pay (with overtime), great housing (covered by CNHi), flexible management, many different learning experiences while also making an impact, friendly co-workers.

    Cons

CNHi hires an outside firm to book housing, which costs an INSANE amount of money to the company, so when the interns have to pay the taxes on the benefits (housing), it ends up being a lot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure HR is presenting these internships for what they are! I didn't hear much about internships from CNHi, but I worked here 2 summers in a row because they were great!

    Pros

Money is very good. You can't beat the benefits. Fairly good work environment. Allows overtime. Competitive poisons. Work hard and move up.

    Cons

Possible lay offs. Management in certain departments is pretty poor. When the corn price is up hours are up. When there down hours are down.

I have been working at CNH Industrial N.V. full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good people and good industry. Lots of opportunities but you own your career path. No one takes care of it for you. Fair time off but expectations are high

    Cons

Sometimes long work hours and significant stress related to achieving targets. Compensation philosophy is not well explained or understood. Lots of complaining about lack of job growth.

I have been working at CNH Industrial N.V. full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great Benefits (401K,Health Insurance)..Get to work on different products and good managers..Bonuses every year based on company performance.. December shutdown is great... Very rarely have to work extra hours to get the job done..Flexible working hours..

    Cons

No annual merit raises!... Can be stuck with the same salary for years.. HR not involved in training employees.. Compensation policy is more complex than required forcing employees to quit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your employees... They will find better opportunities outside the company with couple years work experience if you continue to go down the route of no raises...Invest in making them better leaders... Provide more training to improve leadership traits.
