Pros – relaxed environment + learnt MATLAB -- really useful for coursework/ engineering calculation in Uni + free company gym + FREE LUNCH

Cons – internship not structured + a bit too relaxed, can be a bit boring sometimes

Pros – high tecnical skills, interesting and advanced projects, state of the art solutions for advanced communication systems, free time for work based on targets

Cons – limited carreer development for people that have just started on the job, not investing too much on training and people

Advice to Senior Management – listen other people advices, no long term vision for young people working on the company is not very motivating and encouraging
