Pros – The best aspect of the job is interacting with customers, if your a people friendly person. One who works for the company long enough will gain the knowledge of working with a multitude of systems used to make the business efficient.

Cons – A high turnover rate was by far the worst I had ever seen. I experienced working with a number of managers and associates throughout my short time there.

Pros – Great atmosphere, educates you for free, feels professional, actually cares about customers, and we're fast.

Cons – The anxieties that follow this field of work are tough on some people but it can be so rewarding.

Advice to Senior Management – If I could change one thing, it'd be the radio station. Working full time hours hearing the same songs over and over again is basically torture. Probably should pay better seeing that we could potentially kill people.

Pros – Lots of respect and trust for my work as senior advisor. Flexible work between home office and a lovely office building in Scottsdale. Project management is highly respected and plenty of training available to meet the structured project management methodology.

Cons – Most of the people I work with are not in Scottsdale - meetings on phones all day.
