    Pros

    Benefits are great and the star pay is fairly decent if you're use to making bellow 30k.

    Cons

    The hours can be kind of bad specially if you work in the outbound dept. raises after a year are between .05 to .15 cents max.

    Good Salary, lots of advancement opporunities, and security

    Cons

    The corporate Head quarters are located in Ohio. Ohio is very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. Seriously, pick a more temporate climate.

    i would recommend bringing back the employee stock purchase plan. I also think there needs to be more career development opportunities.
