Pros – Great hours, I like my co-workers, job security, paid weekly, and managers that actually care about teaching you how to advance your career with Cintas. I think my manager really wants me to become a better leader

Cons – Pay could be a lot better, no vacation/sick time in first year. It gets very hot in the summer months. Teamwork between drivers and plant partners could be better. I feel like we clean up their mess when they bring back their unorganized trucks.

Advice to Senior Management – Discipline drivers who don't care, there are many employees that would love to have their job and do it good. Give us the ability to get promoted faster.

Cons – No work/life balance - 5am until....(some people insist Saturday is the 6th work day)

Pros – They have a great front line partners but as far as management..... Just make sure you have a resume that is solid and with references, because Cintas won't give you one.

Pros – Great health benefits. My schedule was good. Previous management was very helpful and understanding. Training with previous management was great. Everyone knew how to train and was very willing to assist

Cons – Very poor management. Moral was very low at my location. Unsanitary working conditions (ie. breakroom and bathrooms). No leadership. The pay was terrible for the work they asked their "partners" to do.

Advice to Senior Management – Learn to listen to your "partners" and try to take heed to what they are telling you. Be more appreciative of Senior "partners" they have a wealth of knowledge. It is more beneficial to your business to keep long term partners as opposed to taking the "cheap" way out and constantly hiring new people so you can pay them less.

Cons – If you're good at your job, be prepared to be abused! The better you are, the more you will work!
You will often find yourself trying to find time for the family.
Team atmosphere is a facade. Everyone is looking out for #1.

Advice to Senior Management – You're not (half) as good as you think you are! Listen to someone else for a change! Especially someone who might be a subordinate, but has been there awhile... you might learn something!

Pros – Great training, good pay if you work, no shortage of recruiters wanting to take you from here. This place is like an ivy league school for sales.

Cons – High levels of stress, regardless of what you are told.. The same territories make pc every year. Did I mention stress? Oh yeah.. Stress. Some definite ethics problems.
