I worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. (more than 10 years)

    Pros

You can start at an entry level position, as long as you work hard. Utilizing tuition reimbursement is fantastic, I know many of us obtained our degree while working our way up through the company. May be different in different areas of the company however.

    Cons

If they (Upper Management) like you, you will be moving on a fast track. If you have any friction do not go to anyone, just make a plan to move to a different part of the company. Everyone isn't trustworthy pick your battles.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be up front with people more often. Your company rating will be a 5. People want to work for Coca-Cola for a long time, but cherish the loyal, and reward the hardworking, not the pets. Pets do not make you a better manager.

I worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Great hourly wage and pay for mileage. Good communication with supervisors made it easy to find the stores you were to stock. Independent assignments to stores meant time to yourself when in transit between locations.

    Cons

Shortage of staff meant long hours of necessary overtime and store assignments which were over an hour away. Lots of repeated lifting to stock and face product in stores. Due to the differing environment in store back rooms, some stores required lots of extra work to get to CocaCola product you were there to work with.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It may no longer be a problem, but working better with employees who are students and need certain days/times off would be very appreciated.

I worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc.

    Pros

It was a fast paced manual labor job, that I worked one summer during college. The hours are long, but as a college student you can make a good amount of money over the summer.

    Cons

    Manual Labor
    Long Hours

I worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Getting paid gas for driving to different accounts, about half the time, something new everyday.some co workers where nice. The company name looks impressive on any resume

    Cons

Not enough pay for such a physically drainage position, can often work 6 week days no set, work days varied which made family time tough, due to company phone they expected 24/7 access to employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It will get harder to drive profit margin while increasing shelf space or market share while constantly looking for a way to shave hours and employees.

HR in Canada and the USA are useless
The only company with a unreasonable attendance policy that works on a point system.

I have been working at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

This company is Lead by a knowledgeable set of people that have been dealing with the business side of music, artist development, product management, and event planning for over 10 years of service.

    Cons

With the company stepping out in a volatile time in the Entertainment Industry the company is limited to the big names in the business making the company deal with a lot of small production houses and limited talent looking for big endorsements.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep looking for big companies that are welling to invest by endorsements, event sponsorships, and working with Entertainment Schools looking to give their Internship programs a boost by placing their students in your workforce.
