The worst experience in 25 years of employment.

Human Resources (Former Employee) Atlanta, GA (US)

ProsBrand name. Fortune 500. Decent salary.

ConsDid not pay timely. Checks were often months late and usually wrong. Benefit plan was a shambles. No one cared. Very unprofessional organization.

Advice to Senior ManagementGlad the organization closed.

Challenging, hard work, rewarding and fun

Sales Manager (Current Employee) Chicago, IL (US)

ProsAble to compete in the market place and have some of the best brands in the world to sell. Total accountability and they give you the tools to be great. The company wants to be a employer of choice and the local leadership is always working to make the work live balance better

ConsThe job is not for everyone. Hard work, long hours and too much work in a normal day

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep it up. Your winning in Chicago and Pepsi is on the run.

Good place to work albeit getting harder over time

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Uxbridge, England (UK)

ProsBenefits are good, pay and sharesave a real benefit. Bonuses are tied to company performance and personal, but are comparatively generous. People are helpful, ego low and if you are talented you will progress. Working hours not daft, technology getting better. Exciting business still.

ConsBenefit erosion in place. Overall strategy of company missing, in decline. Many support functions being outsourced to cheaper sources overseas, reducing costs but also reducing effectiveness and vastly reducing career opportunity. Management in US completely separated from the business in Europe and it shows, just interested in job cuts and race to the bottom

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep jobs in host countries. Longer term you'll benefit.

Too much nit-picking with statistics, Increasing goals way out of control

Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) Tulsa, OK (US)

ProsCoca-Cola only hires really smart people. Your co-workers are very intelligent.

ConsAs a CSR: Zero personal time for the bathroom or personal calls, except your very strict 15 min breaks. No allowance to change breaks or be 5 min. late. Very impersonal.
As Inside Sales: Very boring, 75% of the time, you are leaving voicemail msgs to customers who can't answer their phone at the time.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't make your adherence goals 98%. Some of us have to pee at times other than allotted breaks. I requested to have my break rescheduled to earlier in the day, and it was impossible, could not be done. It doesn't seem like you are really interested in retaining employees.
