    Not too bad - AT&T Customer Service Rep

    ProsThey had a lot of employee appreciation events and really made sure you enjoyed your job. They also had GRADE A Training programs.

    ConsThe healthcare benefits were not the best. Sometimes there wasn't PTO able to be taken when you wanted it, because of holidays or such.

    Very fast paced, a lot of changes.

    ProsThe best thing about working there is, it kept you on your A game ,you constantly had to learn different verbiage, and different systems.

    ConsBeing able to remember all of the changes, there were no assigned seats, so coming in having to move everyday, with any information that was important to you , you had to carry it around everyday.

    Advice to Senior ManagementI feel as thou the point system should be a little more flexible in different situations, especially for rehire , if you got layed off an not fired.

    Support is always there

    Technical Customer Care Representative (Current Employee) Quezon City, National Capital Region (Philippines)

    ProsBenefits are spectacular. Never had trouble when I got sick or had to be admitted in the hospital. My dependents were also covered. Successes are recognized and rewarded. Employee satisfaction and safety are topmost in their list. Management is always ready to support in times of tragedy and calamity, and this made me feel like I was part of a real family.

    ConsThe hardest part about working for Convergys as a Technical Support Representative were the hours. We had to go to work even on holidays which made work-life balance difficult. There is also high employee attrition and turnover, but this, I've noticed, is not uncommon in the call center environment.
