    I have been working at Convergys part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Benefits, 401k, tuition reimbursement, part-time or full-time, awesome trainers, great environment! The recruiter could use a lesson in customer service but other than that, everyone has been really nice and excited about the job! I look forward to growing with Convergys and look forward to being a part of the team!

    They offered get opportunities to earn bonus money and good training. It was a good in college job and has helped me know how to work with people when I am the one calling in for help with other companies.

    Cons

    Rude customers and not lots of flexibility with scheduling. Open on holidays.

    Great benefits and incentives. You get paid 75 cents more for working weekends

    Customers get racists sometimes. Sitting all day and sometimes you get call after call and gets tiring.

    benefits, 401K, an actual career.

    Cons

    low pay compared to other call centers (close to minimum wage). Outsourced work meaning pay is way less after Covergys gets their cut. Charter cable reps get paid almost double for the same job.

    Pros

    Great team of highly talented technical folks. Good perks at that time.. Not sure about now.. Employee friendly and very flexible

    Cons

    Lack of focus and lack of direction.. Great at innovation, but this innovation needs to be done in the right direction to make the company grow.. It grew based on acquisitions.. whereas it could have done a lot more.

    Decent pay and lots of overtime

    Cons

    I was pregnant and they weren't willing to work with me . Made me feel more guilty being pregnant then anything
