    Worst company I've ever worked for

    Sales Representative (Former Employee) Upper Marlboro, MD (US)

    Prospay was good. 6% commission of total sales

    Conssupervisor could care less about your opinion. told to do one thing, then when retail store managers didnt agree, supervisors lied and say they never told you do to that. impossible workload ( stock about 800 cases a day in combined 3 stores which were about 80 total driving distance, rotation of all products, check dates, write orders for approx 4 other stores a day besides the stores you stocked totaling another 50 miles or so), no help AT ALL from supervisors when needed and when they did show up to a store to "help" they just walked around and talked to everyone and did nothing to help you. when you go on vacation or take a day off your store was in shambles when you returned since supervisors and floats are salary based and could care less about filling your stores. the next week is about double a normal work week since nobody did anything while your on vacation. also, on vacations your check is based off what the float orders, ( and since they're salary they could care less about filling your store because it makes more work for them). Driving 70 or so miles for a 40 minute meet each month ( they are located in Upper Marlboro and meetings are schedule in the middle of the day), then driving back to your assigned store to finish work. most days consisted of 12+ hour days including saturdays IF you want to keep up. to actually have what supervisors consider a "nice" store you need to work about 16 hrs a day 6 days a week. overall, HORRIBLE company with no chance of success. also, NO RAISES EVER. supervisor told me if you want a raise order more products so you have a bigger commission check. what a great way to motivate people.

    Advice to Senior Managementdo some work every now and then and maybe your employees will respect you. also, realize people dont live at work, when someone is working 60+ hrs a week and you consider them a "bad" employee something isnt right. You have impossible standards that even supervisors cant live up to even though they say they do. when supervisors actually do work they bring 2 or 3 floats with them to help. then they dont understand why you, the employee, cant get it done by yourself.
