    Non-Technical Managers Managing, Being Partial, not enough top down communication.

    Agile completely wrongly practiced, please make sure enough space and time is given to all types of employees to perform their individual contribution, NOT just developers.

    A fantastic, ever-changing work environment where the brain power of the people is recognized as our greatest asset. Expansion and growth presents nearly unlimited opportunities to those willing to work for it.

    Cons

    A fantastic, ever-changing work environment which is not the place for anyone who does not embrace change while remaining cognizant of the challenges inherent in a fast moving technology company.

    Constantly seek improvement in yourselves and your ability to manage others through motivating and supporting your team. Some are better than others so keep the best and cull the rest.

    They don't care about team members even though they say they do. Execs are the only ones paid well.

    Coworkers, friendly, balance, team work, fun

    Very Low pay. Management is aware that we are under paid and do nothing, or say that it's out of their hands...but they're cashing out.

    You will continue to lose your best people because you don't pay market rate.

    Watch out for yourself being fired by irrational mangers who loose their head.

    People get sick.It is not something you can fire people for. There are also civil courts and a law that works in this country. Avoid being dragged into one for firing people for being sick for a day.

    Good compensation plans. Good benefits.

    Cons

    Products are rushed to market and do not work. Acquisition nature of company leads to continual breaking of the software. Managed by reports. No accountablity from management. Constant changing focus of business makes you feel like there is no solid plan. Implementations constantly fail and claim "we've learned our lesson this time"

    Improve product and customer experience. Start telling truth.
