Pros – Friendly Atmosphere, casual dress code
Cons – seperation of departments, needs more fluency and cooperation as a team vs. single units.

“Project Management”
Former Employee – worked at Del-Jen full-time for less than a year
Pros – Good local leadership tried to manage relationship with very diffcult client who was more interested in protecting their own jobs than developing good projects.
Cons – Difficult client (Government office) is more interested in finding fault with work rather than develop relationships to streamline processes to impove quality and efficiency of projects
Advice to Senior Management – More senior level contact with govenrment supervisors
