A front sales office of a big global conglomerate. Good experience if you make it to be, otherwise average.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsMid size where you are more than just a number and you get to interact with some upper management from Taiwan where the true conglomerate and all business groups are located at. Good benefit and hours.

ConsNot as international as it's mostly mandarin speaking employees. Not very systematic on sop. Average pay and in Silicon Valley is slightly under average.

Advice to Senior ManagementNo point. This office is very old and not very dynamic. It's not going to change over night. A little improvement in salary would help. The current style isn't perfect but it works for now.
