Former Employee – worked at Deutsche Bank full-time for more than a year
Pros – Its a big brand name and pays decent compensation. Better for those who want to work less and network more.
Cons – Difficult to achieve self-respect there. Till the time results are satisfactory, nobody bothers to look at right or wrong.

Current Employee – been working at Deutsche Bank full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Culture great, encourages opportunities and mobility. Smart smart people.
Cons – It mgmt is inconsistent. Belief if trial and error approach to development leads to poor results and poor roi. Emphasis on developers over project managers and the like. If you are a developer they are moving to a low cost center model, where the hubs like new York city and London are not or rarely hiring developers as they are moving to places like north Carolina and Moscow.
– I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at Deutsche Bank full-time
Pros – It's a major bank and therefore a good name on your resume. You are left alone to do your work - contact with managers and team members is minimal, it's entirely possible to go the whole day without speaking to anyone.
Cons – If the manager doesn't like you then you will go nowhere. The bonus pool is split between a few of the managers favorites, and has nothing to do with rewards for good work.
Promotion never happens - they always hire new people in from outside, so the only way to move up is to move on.
managers shout at employees. It's pretty much the opposite of a friendly fun place to work.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
