Pros – Great place to start a career, lot of smart people to learn from. Good pay and reputed job
Cons – Lots of bureaucracy in office , easy to get lost in the crowd. Long hours and hard work is not always appreciated
Advice to Senior Management – Be more honest with junior employees
– I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

- good place to learn on real critical projects
Cons – - saves money on everything
- old technologies
- almost no agile practices
- bad project and development process (waterfall-like)
- old school release management
- lots of bureaucracy
- very difficult and too long for growth of carrier
Advice to Senior Management – - become more agile and encourage subordinates, hire consultants for help.
- software developers like new challenges, big projects and more of freedom for self-development: listen to them of what they want, not what you want.
- change Lotus mail to something better, at least for discussions.

Cons – Given that its a huge company with footprints across the globe, one needs to have proper exposure to be truly visible

Cons – "Nearshore" location is middle ground between hub and offshore, and feels that way.
