    Pros

Great atmosphere and work environment. Ability to gain knowledge is completely dependent upon your work ethic and desire to learn.

    Cons

Slim guidance from upper management. More of a sink or swim environment. If your unable to teach yourself or unable to figure out how, this job is not for you.

I have been working at Deutsche Bank full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The graduate program is very thorough and offers varied job rotations and qualification opportunities. Also being a global investment bank means there are options to move abroad internally and are often encouraged by senior management.

    Cons

Being a large bank can mean that any change initiatives being undertaken can be very slow and sometimes ineffective which can damage employee morale with large sums of money being wasted.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Implement change at a smaller level as opposed to trying to change the entire bank at once.

I worked at Deutsche Bank full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good, competitive pay and great benefits. Decent career progression if you work hard and actively seek it. Given a lot of responsibility and autonomy from day one.

    Cons

Management structures change seemingly daily with no real purpose, clarity, focus, or ultimate goal laid out before the changes are made. As such the work seems aimless and the intentions of the reorgs are 'retro-fitted' to meet personal agendas.

I have been working at Deutsche Bank full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Work/Family balance is the best. Most of the people I work with are great.

    Cons

Promotions are slim. constant Performance reviews are 100% crap and useless. Managers change so often how can I get a legit review from my manager when it's change 3 times in a year,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to promote more within. Stop restricting currently employees from seeking other positions. Management greatly stifles and frowns on trying to go to another position.
