Cons – Pay was low so it's hard to be passionate about the business. Hard to provide a good product unless everyone, including management, is on top of their game.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide more feedback to employees. Manage inventory better. Provide more training to store owners and managers.

Former Employee – worked at Domino's full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good employees, great opportunities for lateral developmental moves, the company has a great environment, everyone gets a bonus.
Cons – Managers do not move which creates little opportunity to advance, HR can at times be a roadblock to getting things done, there is little job security, minimal increases, high turnover in the HR department, not much work-life balance.
Advice to Senior Management – Near 50% turnover in less than a year in the HR function.

Current Employee – been working at Domino's part-time for less than a year
Pros – Easy to get hired, was working there in about a week after applying, great way to get quick cash, can make a decent amount depending on the area you're in.They are always hiring drivers.
Cons – Your pay depends on the area you're in. It might be worth your while to drive 30 min out of your way to work. It's a Min wage job, you get 5.50/hr while on a delivery. High turn over or obvious reasons.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep on doing what you're doing. It doesn't take a genius to make pizzas but then again, paying people min wage and expecting them to care about their job might be asking a bit much.
