    Pros

Great reputation, learning opportunities are limiltless. Proudly independent which makes the office feel entrepreneurial. A mix of local, regional and global accounts with some of the biggest brands. Definitely a notch to have on your belt.

    Cons

Finance system is archaic, HR does not look put for the best interest of employees, burn out is common. Pay is also one of the lowest in the industry.

    Advice to Management

Look after your staff particularly in busy times. Pay them commensurate with industry standards.

    Pros

A network full of incredibly smart and helpful people, career advancement opportunities, flexibility, collaborative environment with emphasis on creativity, internal training/face-time with higher level network leaders, volunteerism and global opportunities, great health insurance/benefits

    Cons

Can be time-consuming (not just 9 to 5) and demanding, but leadership tries to offer incentives and resources to help balance out busy periods. Salary compensation continues to be below industry standard for junior staff, leaving junior staff to often feel undervalued.

    Advice to Management

Increase salaries for junior staff and take the salary concerns seriously to dissuade turnover. Help balance employees workloads and don't stretch staff too thin. Continue to provide helpful incentives (like parking compensation) and continue to push for creativity in the workplace.

    Pros

Very intelligent people, access to resources, strong client roster

    Cons

Management is completely out of touch. There is an overt focus on revenue and profits, which governs all. Junior and mid-level staff are worked into the ground and upper management is under constant pressure to bring in new business. Teams are dangerously understaffed and not allowed to make hires unless the absurdly unrealistic expense(aka salary)-to-revenue ratio is maintained. Has become a miserable place to work. People are leaving in droves.

    Advice to Management

Get a clue. You're going to continue losing staff and clients. Your reputation is seriously at risk.

    Pros

Super smart people, access to deep resources, great client roster

    Cons

Management is wholly out of touch with staff on the ground. There is a complete and utter disregard for employee well-being and an overt focus on revenue and profits. Junior and mid-level staff are worked into the ground and barely able to service existing clients, while upper management is under constant pressure to bring in new business. All the while, no one is allowed to hire and build out teams unless it maintains the absurdly unrealistic revenue-to-salary ratio. The greed is so apparent it's nauseating. People are leaving in droves. It's become a miserable place to be employed and management couldn't care less.

    Advice to Management

Get a clue. You're going to continue losing staff and clients. This organization's reputation is seriously at risk.
