Current Employee – been working at Elite Medical Staffing/Elite Travel Nurse full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Privately owned agency that trys to take the best care of its employees possiible. Treat you with respect and fairness.

Cons – Health Insurance is extremely expensive and no other benefits. Owner seems to be losing it losing paperwork all the time.

Advice to Senior Management – Get some help in there or come up with a better system of running things smoother.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
