“AT&T is a great company to work for with solid opportunities and fair pay.”
Current Employee – been working at AT&T
Pros – compensation is good, managers and coworkers are easy to get along with
Cons – the company is so large that nobody seems to be on the same page
Advice to Senior Management – I believe that the company would be much more successful if every department and organization followed the same policies and procedures. Even in just wireless, customer care does not agree with COR, national retail are cowboys, and phone support is a pain.
