    great co workers, good schedules, good pay,benefits, and perks.

    constant pressure for meeting quotas. many different monthly goals to meet. lots of work place politics.

    I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Free new phone every year, concession pricing for all other AT&T related products. Great Team environment. Company focused on TQM, and especially customer service. Great for College students or young adults.

    Cons

    Retail hours, long period of standing time. Required lots of patience due to high degree of customer contacts.

    Managers will be managers; no advice here. I understand what you guys have to do.
