    I worked at AT&T full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great pay. Decent Health and Vision coverage. Great employer matching on 401k. Some wiggle room to move up in the company.

    The benefits are good enough that it is really hard to quit.

    Cons

    Call center environment. (really wasn't my thing)
    Hard to move up from being a rep. Great chances to get onto specialized teams, but if you want management, know that seniority, knowledge of the job, great rapport with customers, co-workers, and leads doesn't mean you will even get an interview.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Look at more employees that contribute, rather than ones just meeting metrics. Allow more reps to contribute to things other than getting calls out of the queue.
