Current Employee – been working at AT&T as a contractor for more than 3 years
Pros – Work life balance, telecommuting and understanding management .
Cons – Office locations for employees are few, not a large presence in MA.
Advice to Senior Management – Speed up process for growth to employees.. every decision takes forever
