Being a contractor for ATT is not that great

Network Engineer (Current Employee) San Ramon, CA (US)

ProsYou work with AT&T, which will use the latest technology available.
There is a lot of professional people that you can exchange knowledge with.
Resources for testing equipment are good.

ConsBeing a contractor limit people for balancing professional and personal life.
You don't get the stability that AT&T offers to the full time employees.
Salary is below the average in the market for fully qualified professionals.

Advice to Senior ManagementDue to the stability that AT&T offers, most of the management will care to comply only with their job. Those who do more than their share are the great people in the company, however those are the minority of people.
