Pros – Not many. It's a paycheck...

Cons – It is hard to work in a place where there is an expectation to work 50h+/week and there is no work-life balance.
During a recession, the 'it's hard out there' was often used as a work incentive.
Aastra will never be a technology leader because senior management considers R&D to be a 'non revenue generating department'.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
