    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ever since the lawsuit I've noticed they've been hiring uglier people just to not be discriminatory which in my opinion drags down the status of the brand. When I first started working there the lawsuit hadn't happened and we were busier than ever and the entire staff was very attractive, but since than we've gone down in sales and people who aren't into the brand as a whole shouldn't work their in my opinion and all the "newer" employees have trouble meeting dresscode because they don't even own abercrombie, which in my opinion makes you unfit to work their if you can't even afford or like the brand.

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I was recruited and decided to give this job a try since they mentioned that they had flexible hours, which they do and it was helpful.

    Cons

One manager will be very strict about the look of store and employees, another manager will be a little more relaxed. Pay is good enough for someone in high school who needs a part time job. The strength of perfume/cologne can be overwhelming for workers and customers. It makes some customers act rude towards workers. The look policy is a lot more strict and specific than I thought it would be.
