    Pros

Skills and experiences gained surpass what you will get elsewhere. Work is challenging but rewarding. Quality/personalities of employees is excellent.

    Cons

Employees must learn how to navigate the performance evaluation process. You cannot rely solely on management for your promotion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve the feedback cycle to allow for more 360 degree feedback for managers and lower level supervisors.

    I worked at Accenture

    Pros

Besides that the company has a brand name in the market, lots of diversity and good pay comparatively there arent many good reasons to share!

    Cons

if you cant add value you are not wanted and everyone makes sure you know that! You cant climb the corporate ladder without backstabbing, slandering colleagues and other mischief-and you will get away with it-all the time, too!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

you really need to pay attention to whats going on in the company. Try to play a fair game to level the playing field for all parties involved.
