I worked at Accenture full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – A constant churn at the SC / Manager level means opportunities for ambitious people, especially those with previous industry experience.

Cons – The pressure on new managers to deliver results in the first year is intense. Expect an up-or-out escalator in MC / Advisory.

Advice to Senior Management – Manage your churn better. Stop offering VR's to the bozos and share more of the upside with the M's.
