Pros

Accenture is a really great place to work. They have awesome benefits, competitive salaries, and the opportunity to move up in the company.

Cons

The company is very large and sometimes you don't feel like you know anyone. Travel becomes difficult at times.

    Pros

    Accenture has presence in veriety of applications of Microsoft. You might get chance to work in different enegagements of microsoft that has its own processes and standards. You will get to work directly with the client where you are expected to perform same as any other microsoft developers.
    It provides a decent salary to its employees compared to other vendors. It also pays you for OT.

    Cons

    If you get a tough client and your job is as an onsite to offshore team coordinator, expect to lose your work-life balance.

    So far so good. But there should be a proper process for ensuring Work-Life balance.

    It is very project specific. If you land in a project which is in red; your appraisals, social life, work hours and sanity......they all go for a toss!

    1.Organize skip-a-level meetings for open discussion regarding the pros and cons of your boss.
    2. Appraisal interview should not be with just your boss but also with your subordinates and peers (360 degree reviews)
