I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Competitive compensation, 2 Work from Home days per week!

Cons

Non-competitive bonus/raise structure/ Stagnant expansion resulting in over saturation of Analyst level workforce, resulting in low possibilities to advance due to work ethic (More related to turnover)

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Align raises to company's economic growth, at least to cover economic inflation

    Pros

Flexibility, satisfying work environment, periodical rewards and recognition, fun activities and a good compensation.

    Cons

Most of them might prefer a 9 to 6 job, but most of the projects in Accenture, India follow the timings from 11 to 8, this is not a cons but it might not be comfortable for some.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Good processes, good transport facilities, good canteen, good cleanliness in working areas and toilets, reasonably good pay package.

Great learning opportunities since there are lots of online courses and other opportunities for capability development like certifications, which are also sponsored by Company

There are more onsite opportunities than before.

    Cons

    1. Some bosses are bad for the people under them because they don't care about their growth, don't mentor them, ignore their achievements, criticise them at the slightest opportunity, have very fat egos, and don't represent them well in the performance management process.

    2. The performance mgmt process is sometimes unfair to some employees because while some win, others lose despite not having done anything bad. There can be slight improvements

    3. Project managers are usually quite tied up with project deadlines and pressures hence sometimes people development aspect gets sidelined

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Delivery is important, but its equally important to take care of people who work in your account and understand their aspirations. Stay in touch with them and understand their needs
