Former Employee – worked at Aerotek full-time for less than a year

Pros – Exposure to specific industries, opportunity to build genuine relationships with clients, outside and inside sales environment

Cons – Horrible management, tenured employees form closed culture. I felt like if I didn't work until 7pm I was "taking a half day."

Advice to Senior Management – Corporate office might be nicer, look into branch culture/management. Hire 3rd party organization to conduct organization wide survey.
