Pros

Everyone is young and friendly but also extremely smart. Free breakfast, lunch & dinner. Happy hour every Friday. $500 travel credit every quarter. Great culture and still feels like a start-up.

Cons

Pay is pretty low and not everyone gets stock options.

    Pros

Pros exist if you work in HQ: Meals provided, very buddy-buddy, good office fang shui

    Cons

    Cons:

    Everyone has an ego- everyone.

You don't have conversations with your Leads, Managers- you're told what and how to do things with broken systems.

Pay and benefits are poor for AirCorps

No opportunity to move up/around for Customer Service staff

Middle management is pretty fat and doesn't know what they are doing; they rely on antiquated methods of judging performance (so much for that new age company hype) and projecting future goals or objectives

Happy company culture is a bit of a facade

    Advice to Management

Let your employees actually be honest about the flaws of the company so as to correct them.
