Pros – Great co-workers, talented engineering pool. Work life balance welcomed and supported

Cons – Too many organizational changes going on constantly

Advice to Senior Management – Select one company structure and 2 initiatives and stick with them. The constant change and layoffs makes everyone unproductive as they wait for the next change.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
