Allstate Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Allstate full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Very tenured, hardworking group of people in the California Region who are focused on the stakeholders (agents, customers and stockholders).

Cons – Merit increases are very low, even for high performing employees if they are too tenured.

Advice to Senior Management – Don’t take your people resources for granted. There is value in tenure.
