    Pros

Good workplace, the building I work at has a nice cafeteria and there is a gym in the building next to mine.

    Cons

Apparently if you work in catastrophe claims you can't move up unless you have been here for a year which I feel is unecessary and is driving employees like me to go work else where!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too much politics.. same as any other big company.

    Pros

Not much unless you're the follower type. Or if you're the type who finds comfort in working for a very big company. Or if you have sycophant tendencies, then this might be the place for your career.

    Cons

Suffocating corporate culture. Preach a lot of politically correct sounding nonsense, when they really don't. Plagued with the usual problems a big corporation has... Slow moving and out-of-touch.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
