“Cultural Fit is important”
Current Employee – been working at Amazon.com full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Pay is adequate
If you are willing to do the time, it looks great on a resume
Cons – Work, work, work and Work-Life Balance.
Annual Review based on GE and SMART goals are not used, can be subjective
High Turnover rate for managers
Constant Stress to ensure Customer Experience is not compromised
Advice to Senior Management – Ditch the GE annual review concept until you get a better grasp on training and turnover of leadership
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
