Culture is positive, people work for work, not too much unnecessary side issues lile gossips, but you would enjoy spending leisure time with your colleagues out of work if you fit in.
Good money reward, reasonable and a good sense of satisfaction of you can get your job done nicely


You have to be a top sales all the time, pressure

    - Easy to get into if you are Brit/Irish/Aussie/Scots
    - Excellent stepping stone
    - Meeting new people
    - Location
    - Good clients to steal

    - Cheap in every way possible
    - Working environment
    - No culture, values, mission statements and vision
    - Only focused on KPIs
    - No support
    - No career progression and planning
    - No training and development
    - Commissions not paid in a timely manner
    - Client & Candidate stealing
    - Unethical
    - Inexperienced employees/managers/CFOs
    - Blacklisted by clients
    - Harassment and Bullying
