ProsIf you dont have any job and think that you have to make money any how (which is still below market average)

Conslot of politics, non-technical work, and support can be for more than 80+ hours in week.
Boss treats people like slave and supposed to work day in and night out

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease treat people like huma beings, try not to be slave drivers.

    Forced move to Amdocs from AT&T

    I have been working at Amdocs full-time for more than a year


    Pros: I was able to continued employment for a year. Cons: Overworked No room for advancement Any budgetary shortfalls will always produce head… Advice to Senior Management: Treat employees as persons and not just headcount No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
