“Big Brand”

Former Employee – worked at American Express full-time for more than a year

Pros – Good salary, Excellent exposure, networking,grooming

Cons – limited growth option for employees

Advice to Senior Management – maintain the delicacy of the brand by not comparing the hdfc or icici bank with the amex employees
