I have been working at American States Water
Pros – Good co workers
Management that wants to do a good job, but just don't seem to know how to get there
Flexible hours if needed
Good Benefits
Cons – As stated above, senior management doesnt seem to follow a well thought out plan for (1) growing the company (2)growing and developing the employee
Advice to Senior Management – The company needs to look deep inside the ranks and identify the future stars. Develop new ideas, and take on more risk.
