“Great company, slow growth limits opportunities”
Current Employee – been working at Amgen full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great people, great benefits, great work-life balance. Good strategy for the future.
Cons – Decision making process is poor and cumbersome. Slow growth limits opportunities for advancement.
Advice to Senior Management – Work on the decision making process. Figure out a way to provide opportunities for strong performers.
