Anheuser-Busch Employee Review

I worked at Anheuser-Busch full-time for more than a year

Pros – two free cases of beer per month, fun learning environment, tasting experience not relegated to brewmasters or certain managers, global opportunities, engineers and scientists have interesting roles

Cons – male dominated, very few underrepresented minorities in upper management, some favoritism (maybe unlike any other company in that way), 24/7 and 365 shifts and monitoring needed (as with any biological process)

Advice to Senior Management – Attempt to hold everyone up to the same standards or expectations and hire with diversity in mind (it is a business case).

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
