Arby's Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Arby's part-time for less than a year

Pros – managers are cool. they can work with your hours when your in school. if your good at your job and they like you you can get a lot of hours.

Cons – they try to save money any way they can, sometimes makes it harder to do your job. the place has to be perfectly clean every night. some nights we have to stay till 12:00 pm cleaning. we have old equipment and they break a lot, so when we dont have the tool we need it makes the job harder and slower. then management will get on you for being slow. pay is crappy and no raises ever.

Advice to Senior Management – stop being so cheap.
