Positive, before the management became too greedy.

Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) London, England (UK)

ProsExcellent meritocratic structure, with a focus on rewarding excellence. Good salaries and benefits, with an average commission structure. Great working atmosphere with polite and well educated colleagues, and a fun environment within which to work in this pressurised industry.

ConsAggressive management with a favouritism towards legacy performers. Serious lack of investment in staff. No appreciation for the fact that the staff may actually be brighter than some of the management and have the potential to offer something extra - the problem when dumb people hire bright graduates and money loses its motivating edge...

Advice to Senior ManagementStop looking outside and see what you had right there in front of you. It just needed a little cultivating.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
