I have been working at Avaya full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – A lot to learn, supportive immediate management. Work load is high but it helps you learn managing tough situations.

Cons – No clarity on long term vision. Cost cutting and layoffs has dampened the spirit.
Future is extremely uncertain.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
