Pros

Fair compensation. Lots of bright people. Lots of flex-work/remote work opportunities.

Cons

Some not so brite people that should have been cut a long time ago. The Bureacucracy can become a bit much at times.

    Pros

Entry level positions that offer opportunities for career advancement. Since you are trained and educated in all positions up through middle management advanced schooling is not necessary to advance.

    Cons

The entry level positions might not be what you are talented at, and if you are not exceeding goals do not expect to have opportunity for career advancement.

I worked at Bank of America part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Great staff at banking center and the customers were frequently really friendly. It really depends on which branch you work at and what you do. Our branch was in an area with a lot of business professionals and doctors, as well as retired people, so pleasing them was hard but always really fulfilling.

    Cons

too many changes too quickly, a huge amount of BS training and selling the banking solutions can become really difficult if you are not comfortable with forcing that upon people.
