Some not so brite people that should have been cut a long time ago. The Bureacucracy can become a bit much at times.

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great Leaders to work with, Encouraging talent, New Career opportunities. Work Culture is amazing, you will be able to witness the actual open door management.

    Cons

Company is fighting a minor phase, owing to the current market conditions, so growth would be a little slow at this time, this can be ignored. Frequent changes in the functioning of the company to stand still during crisis situations, need to adapt to changes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A little more transparency in the way the management thinks.

I have been working at Bank of America part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The company offers many opportunities to advance in the company rather than hiring externally. They also offer tuition reimbursement for employees majoring in a related field of study.

    Cons

All the training is done completely "in-house " and can be a bit overwhelming for the inexperienced.
