Some not so brite people that should have been cut a long time ago. The Bureacucracy can become a bit much at times.

    Pros

Entry level positions that offer opportunities for career advancement. Since you are trained and educated in all positions up through middle management advanced schooling is not necessary to advance.

    Cons

The entry level positions might not be what you are talented at, and if you are not exceeding goals do not expect to have opportunity for career advancement.

    Pros

Great senior management. Very smart people. Very cooperative culture. I learnt a lot during my internship there.

    Cons

Some not so smart people. Compensation might be low compared to other shops on the street. But they are getting there after acquiring ML.
