    Regular s&t summer internship

Former Employee - Summer Analyst in Hong Kong (Hong Kong)
Former Employee - Summer Analyst in Hong Kong (Hong Kong)

I worked at Bank of America as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

was an intern at a sales desk in Hong Kong. The associates and executive level staff there were friendly enough to hang out and work with. Networking events and seminars were fun and somewhat rewarding.

    Cons

There were some redundancies in the s&t part of BAML, at least the office in HK. Also, s&t was the weak part of BAML so the prestige would be an issue.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recruit or headhunt more income-generating people rather than wasting millions of dollar on people who are incompetent.
